The cost of hire is based on the number of guests, length of hire and facilities hired. Approximate charges are outlined on the next page. Please talk to us to discuss your exact hire requirements.

Catering can be arranged by us via a local caterer or you can arrange your own caterers (eg volunteers ). Catering in the café is usually provided by ourselves.
Pukeora Estate currently has an off-sales liquor licence and can supply our San Hill wine for your event (see Wine Sales ->). Where a pay-over-the-counter bar is to be operated, a temporary licence will be required by the hirer. Non paying bars are generally private functions and do not need a licence. 

Please Note:
For groups up to 60 generally, full bedding and a towel is provided.
Pillows+cases and bottom sheets are provided and towels and bedding is provided.
For larger numbers of overnight guests.
(For very large groups some bedding may need to be supplied by guests ( ie sleeping bag/duvet and towel)

General Notes
1. The venue complies with fire safety regulations with smoke detection installed in the sleeping areas.
(Note: Maharakeke accommodation wing have no smoke detectors fitted. When used, overnight fire warden is assigned)
2. The centre is fully designed for the disabled in mind. These features have been retained.
