Pukeora Estate Pinot Gris 2014 is a dry style of wine, with fragrant aromas of nashi pears and lemon followed by elegant and concentrated flavours of pears with complexity and a long finish.
The hand picked grapes were crushed and pressed and the juice cold settled. The wine was fermentated using wild yeast and was aged in seasoned oak barriques on lees for 10 months.
